Question
i got this problem recently.when i try to open adobe either through the shortcut or file adobe in the internet,adobe will close automatically within 5sec.i don't know what to do now.
Hi Hamdi,
I had exactly the same problem. Go to your Adobe Acrobat folder and control click on the app. Then select show contents. In the contents folder there is a folder called plugins. Inside the plugins folder is a folder called Updater move that folder someplace safe on your harddrive, then relaunch Acrobat. That worked for me.
