Your HJT log is not formatted properly.  Please run another scan, then when notepad pops up, make sure that the items look like this:

Please open HijackThis and click Scan Only.  Place a check mark in the box next to the following items, close all open browser windows, then click the Fix Checked button:

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {4E7BD74F-2B8D-469E-8CB0-AB60BB9AAE22} - (no file)
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-20\..\Run: [NSCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\nscheck.exe /check (User 'NETWORK SERVICE')
O4 - HKUS\S-1-5-18\..\Run: [NSCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\nscheck.exe /check (User 'SYSTEM')
O4 - HKUS\.DEFAULT\..\Run: [NSCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\nscheck.exe /check (User 'Default user')


Now close HJT, then download Pocket Killbox from here:

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/spyware/KillBox.exe

Double-click to run Killbox.  Copy the following into the dropdown box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\nscheck.exe

Check to Delete On Reboot.
Click the Red Circle with the white X.
Now reboot the computer and post me a fresh HJT log and let me know how the computer is running.
