Computer Security & Viruses/McAfee AntiVirus Message?

Question
McAfee is sending me an alert to either trust or delete a program that I am not sure about.  It is a RemAdm-VNC program and looks to be from Dell.  At least I think it is as the last part of the program is .dll.  Should I trust or remove this program?  Sometimes McAfee will ask me to trust or delete programs I am not sure about like this one.

According to McAfee, the RemAdm-VNC "detection is for remote admin tool VNC.  However, these application has been used by many trojans for malicious purposes."  In other words, it may be good, or it may not.  It depends on the program running it.  I will need to know the full name of the .dll (dynamic link library) file in order to tell you if it is good or bad.
