Hi Keith i have the above popping up on my screen. How do i get rid of this. I am running AVG 8.0 Free + Adaware + Spybot. Thank you Peter

This is for Vista operating systems but it should work with XP also.

Let me know if this fixes the problem for you. If it does not there are a few other things we can try.
