Question
I came home and started my computer, tried to enter password on Vista Start Up page and as soon as I hit first key it filled the entire box up. I couldn't get it to start in safe mode either. Logged on in guest mode and tried to enter address in URL box at top and it filled that box with random letters and numbers by itself. Any suggestions, Norton 360 said it found and fixed 1 items but it still does the same thing?  HELP!!

Hi Buck

Turn off the PC.  Unplug your keyboard and mouse, then plug them back in, making sure the connection is tight, then restart.  You may also want to try a different keyboard/mouse to see if that fixes things.  If not, let me know and we'll go through malware removal steps.
