QUESTION: Below is your request for the HijackThis logfile from my computer - I asked this question about ten minutes ago but neglected to run the report. I apologize for that. But here is the logfile report.  (Also About a month ago someone was on my home computer and I have a feeling tried to load on or loaded on a keystroke or some other method to gain information to my computer. Since that time, my computer has been wonky). Please help me.. what has been installed on my computer!!!

You do indeed have malware installed.  Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop from here:
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
      o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
      o and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.  Copy and paste that log in a follow-up here along with a new HJT log.

QUESTION: Attempted to download malwarbyes. First it wouldn't change language from Albanian. Next the popup mbam.exe continued to block installation of Malwarebytes and the error
Runtime error 339 Component Vbalsgrid6.ecx or one of its dependents not registered...

This must be a nasty malware, as it won't let this program run. HELP  Thanks Brian

ANSWER: Hi Robert

1. Uninstall MBAM.
2. Reboot.
3. Run CCleaner http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim and run it's Registry Issues cleaner as well.
4. Close all running programs including malware software.
5. Now reinstall MBAM.

If that does not work, let me know and we will try another cleaner.

QUESTION: Hey, didn't work. I never got install MBAM and it won't download the cleaner, it all comes up in Albanian!  What's going on, I'm frustrated and you're trying to solve this and I am grateful. How did this happen,b how did I do this?

Hi Robert

Restart the computer in Safe Mode by continuously tapping the F8 key on boot until a black screen with a menu appears.  Choose to Start Windows in Safe Mode With Networking.  Log on as usual.  Open a browser window and download ComboFix:

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log for you.
Note:  Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.

Copy the log and a new HJT log here.
