Yes, there is a trojan running.  Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (the French version is included in this download):

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  * At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
        o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
        o and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  * then click Finish.
  * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  * When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
  * Copy that log and a new HijackThis log into your follow-up here.

Run HijackThis and click to do a Scan Only.
Place a check mark next to the following items, close all open browser windows, then click the Fix Checked button:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [mpt] c:\WINDOWS\system32\mpt.exe

Next, download Pocket Killbox to your desktop from here:

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/spyware/KillBox.exe

Double-click to run Killbox.  Copy the following into the dropdown box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\mpt.exe

Check to Delete On Reboot.
Click the Red Circle with the white X.
Now reboot the computer and post me a fresh HJT log.
