Question
Ok Brian. I tried and follow other techniques in other questions but it doesn't seem to help my system.

I recently got a keylogger on my system and have tried EVERYTHING I know to get rid of it. I used Norton (which is terrible), Spybot (which didn't help much either), HiJack This and a-squared AntiMalware Service (free trial).

A-squared blocks the connections at times, and HiJackThis shows the systemhper.dll all the time. I tried to delete it and then also use the Killbox program to do it but this time my system started up with a different virus (or keylogger). I am going to go ahead and post my HiJack This log for you and hopefully you can give me some insight on what to do to finally get rid of this problem.

Hi Chris

First, let's do some maintenance.  Download and run the Norton Removal Tool from here:

There are still remnants of Norton on your system which may be hampering removal.

Next, please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop from here:
http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe
Make sure all other malware removal programs are turned off (Spybot, A-squared)
Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  * At the end, be sure a check mark is placed next to
        o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
        o and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  * then click Finish.
  * If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  * Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
  * When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  * Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  * When completed, a log will open in Notepad.

Post me the Malwarebytes log and a new HJT scan in a follow-up here.
