Question
I keep getting a pop-up about this Trojan trying to get me to buy software to remove it. Do you know how I can fix this problem without buying the software they're pushing?
The software the program is trying to get you to install is bogus. It is malware and will even do more damage to your system.
Are you running any anti-spyware programs? If not you need to download and install Spybot Search and Destroy from www.filehippo.com. Update the program and run a scan to see if detects and will remove the malware program you have.

| Comment | I am running spybot search and destroy but it didn't detect the Trojan, it also told me spyhunter is malice ware and not to use it. But the page to try to sell me spyware doctor showed me the file is "mupd1_2_1711951.exe". deleted it! | ||
