basically AVG, my only anti-virus, has been blocking these Trojan Droppers that have been popping up lately, possibly due to a recent addon i've downloaded for the World of Warcraft game which addon i've now deleted... my account was illegally accessed but steps were taken to avoid any losses... anyways, these Trojan's have initially been detected every 30 mins or so by AVG... and over the past few days, the interval between them has increased to a point where now there doesnt seem to be any Trojan Droppers detected... i dont believe i paid alot of attention to their exact origin but i do remember it was from somewhere in C:\WINDOWS\system32... i hope you can help me remove any type of trojan/keyloggers affecting my computer, in hopes of being able to properly play the game again... because now everytime i want to play the game, i have to delete any saved prefferences, cache and interface options and set them up again upon each startup of the game. i have an error log that i have saved from the World of Warcraft game that i can provide you in case it would be of any use. plz help, thx.

ANSWER: Hi Gabriel

Let's try running a Malwarebytes scan, preferably in Safe Mode.  Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop from here:

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
   o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.  Do not run a scan yet.

Restart the computer in Safe Mode by continuously tapping the F8 key on boot until a black screen with a menu appears.  Choose to Start Windows in Safe Mode.  Log on as usual.  Open Malwarebytes and run a Full Scan.

* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.  Save that log and reboot normally.  Copy the log in a follow-up here along with a new HJT log.

Open HJT and run a Scan Only.  Place a check mark in the box next to the following items, then close all browser windows and click the Fix Checked button:

Close HJT.  Download Pocket Killbox to your desktop from here:

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/spyware/KillBox.exe

Double-click to run Killbox.  Copy the following into the dropdown box:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\SystemHper.dll

Check to Delete On Reboot.
Click the Red Circle with the white X.
Now reboot the computer and post me a fresh HJT log.
