I cannot remove the following dll files. ?
I ran in safe mode MV REG Clean, reg clean, Malwarebytes, SuperAntiSpyware, ad aware, spy bot cc cleaner, reg fix, windows Shredder, combo fix etc... the list goes on. I cannot seem to get rid of these. Any help would be appreciated. By the way it finds them but they keep duplicating after removal. I have my restore turned off.

Did you receive error messages?

In other words, have no reason to believe they should be removed without risking a shutdown of one (or more) of your programs that need them.

http://www.dllspyware.com is one of several sites that provide more detailed info about DLLs listed as spyware (I couldn't find them).

Basically, the anti-spyware, trojan and adware software/tools should be sufficient for detecting and removing spyware DLL files; their databases updated often for new threats. Unless one or more have detected those DLLs as spyware (or you received a system initiated DLL error, it's not likely they are, unless it's a new threat not in current databases.
