Question
QUESTION: My computer has started to freeze regularly and programs stop responding and sometimes when im in a program, a sign comes up saying theres an error on one of the lines??? Iv never had that b4 either!!
Iv done the hard disc scan and all that but nothing worked.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    o and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.  Copy that log file in a follow up here, along with a new HJT log.

I'm very sorry for not responding sooner.  As you can understand, this is a very hectic time of year!  
Hopefully, your computer is running much better now.  You do however have one item, SweetIM, which is considered Riskware.  Running this program is at your discretion, but consider the following from F-Secure:
The application installs itself without providing sufficient notice in terms to the availability of choices presented with regard to automatic updating and automatic startup of the application, the absence of notification of a continuously running process in the background, installation on other user accounts, and uninstallation issues.

Data is collected, though SweetIM's EULA states:

   * "All of the collected information is kept strictly anonymous, is non-personally identifiable, and is used only for purposes of delivering better search services."


So uninstalling SweetIM may be wise.  If you are still having trouble with the computer, please let me know.
