Question
my computer is definitely infected..and i'm currently using the directory services restore mode. the basic safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with command.. all cannot be used.. it'll display an error..

i really need your help to eliminate all these viruses, trojans, spyware, adware, malware, worms, or whatever it is..

i've got few other problems like unable to open the internet explorer, messenger or being able to online(something blocking it)..however when i use this mode, i'm able to go online..

the recently and new prob i just faced today is that the windows explorer is unable to run.. i.e. 'windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close''..

it's getting worst

and what's more the anti-virus that i had installed recently cannot open up(kaspersky 2009)..i had used Norton 360 previously but the whole thing like just dissappeared an it's like not working..

fortunately, i managed to scan a log file with hijackthis and i hope that you'll be able to help me. Please, and thank you ver much.

Please follow the instructions below to run ComboFix:

1. Download this file to your desktop - combofix.exe
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it will produce a log for you.
Note:  Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
4. Post me the combofix log along with a new HJT log.
