Please see attached. I keep getting this error and when I choose one of the options my computer turns off. Please help!

Try the steps in this thread. You have a malware program called downloader.Generic3.BNC. It is pretty nasty.
AVG anti-virus will detect it but I don't know if it will remove it.
Let me know how you do.
