I keep getting spam on my email provider that is addresed with my own email.
A friend said thats because some internet site that I have given my address to sold it to a spammer.
My program Thunderbird) wont let me block my own address. Apart from changing my address again and again what can I do?

If it's not Thunderbird related, using a reputable anti-virus program, suggest you run a complete system scan, and use more than one reputable free or free-trial anti-spyware/Trojan/worm application (if don't use them already), update, scan and remove all threats found.
