HEy
my anti virus is blocked and i dont know why. when i search for viruses i found a virus but i cant deleted by anti virus because its blocked and i cant delete it manual. and the task manager is disabled

What anti-virus are you running?
If it is not AVG, I would download AVG free edition anti-virus from http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-Free-Edition/3000-2239_4-10320142.html

Update it and run a scan. More than likely you don't have an actual virus but one of the new malware programs that are very bad.

Another thing you can try is to boot into safe mode. According to what operating system you have you get to safe mode by pressing F8 while the system is starting up. Once you get to safe mode you may be able to access the task manager and delete the problem.
