You helped me a few months ago with some viruses I had on my computer and you told me to let you know how I made out.  In my busy schedule I forgot to send you a big THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU.  You gave ne a ton of information and software suggestions to install and it worked.   Thanks again!!!
