ANSWER: Hi Fadel
Please download TrendMicro HijackThis! from the following link:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
* Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
* Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
* Click on Install.
* It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
* Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" and Paste the entire contents of the log in a follow-up here for me to analyze.

ANSWER: Hi Fadel
Please download ComboFix and save it to the desktop from here:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
End all your monitoring programs (Antivirus/Antispyware, Guards and Shields) as they can easily interfere with ComboFix.
Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it will produce a log. Please save that log to paste in your next reply along with a fresh HJT log.

*****!!!!!!i have send 2 attached files on replying to (("AllExperts" <donotreply@allexperts.com>;))
Surpringly the Mcafee usb antivirus has detected a virus from combo.exe file on my usb!!!! as shown in the attached image file
AnswerHello Fadel
AllExperts does not accept attachments. Second, I did not ask you to run ComboFix on anything besides the first computer that you sent a log file of. I also requested all monitoring programs be turned off as they interfere with the fix. McAfee may detect the behavior of ComboFix as a threat, but I assure you that it is not. Now then if you wish to clean more than one computer, I'd be glad to help, but we need to do it one at a time. If you ran ComboFix on that first computer, please post me a fresh HJT log so that we may continue.
