I read a question asked, by a Martin, and This is exactly what happened to me, the exact link was " hey, is this really you? :S http://gallery.aokhost.com/viewimage.php?=yaya0519@msn.com" and I was wondering if you could help me out, I think the link only got sent to a couple of friends, because I held shift, once I saw different people popping up on my screen, and messages were being sent to them. I then proceeded to terminate the process using Ctrl Alt Del, and this was all of 3 minutes ago, now I can't sign into msn, because there is an issue with the gateway. Please get back to me if you can help, or direct me to someone who can, if possible. Many thanks, Colton

Please download MsnCleaner.zip and Save it to your Desktop from here:

http://www.forospyware.com/Msncleaner/MsnCleaner.zip

   * Unzip it to the Desktop.
   * Reboot your computer into Safe Mode. Restart your computer and continuously tap the F8 key until a menu appears. Use the arrow keys to highlight SafeMode then click Enter.
   * Double-click MsnCleaner.exe to run it.
   * Click the Analyze button.
   * A report will be created when the scan is complete.
   * If an infection is found, click the Deleted button.
   * Reboot back into normal mode.
   * Post the contents of C:\MsnCleaner.txt in a reply here.

Also, please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop:

   * Close all other windows before running DSS.
   * Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
   * If your anti-virus or firewall shows a warning, please allow the DSS script to run as it is not malicious.
   * When it has finished, DSS will open two Notepads:
main.txt and extra.txt.
Copy and paste the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your reply as well.
