Answer
Hello Ahmed

I am sorry for not getting back to you sooner, as I was dealing with house flooding and did not have time to volunteer this week.
The error you are getting is generally caused by a corruption of Norton AntiVirus files. To fix this, you need to uninstall and reinstall Symantec AntiVirus.

Uninstall Symantec Antivirus according to your version below.
         * To Uninstall Symantec AntiVirus 7.5 and lower use the Norton Automatic Removal Tool:

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

         * You can also upgrade your Symantec Antivirus 7.6, 8.0, 8.1, 9.0, and 10.0 Corporate Edition without having to uninstall the program.  Look below for information:

http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/download/pages/US-N95.html

Hope this helps.  If you need me to check for malware on your computer, please download TrendMicro HijackThis! from the following link:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
* Save HJTInstall.exe to your desktop.
* Doubleclick on the HJTInstall.exe icon on your desktop.
* By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis.
* Click on Install.
* It will create a HijackThis icon on the desktop.
* Once installed, it will launch Hijackthis.
* Click on the Do a system scan and save a logfile button. It will scan and the log should open in notepad.
* Click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" and Paste the entire contents of the log (no attachments) into a follow-up here.
