Hi, Doug, and thanks for your time.
Norton 360 scan revealed 5 logs of "Win Fixer" threat that must be removed manually.  This can't be found on my "Add/Remove Programs" or the path indicated by Norton.  I did a "Safe Start" and rebooted, but the virus went to another family user.  Computer is slower than before.  I have a wireless router attached to it for my son's laptop..
How do I get rid of it permanently?
