Please download ComboFix to your desktop from here:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Close all other programs, including any antivirus programs, then double click on the ComboFix icon to run the program. Please allow the program to run completely (it may take some time), and allow it to reboot your computer. After restarting, the program will finish up by creating a log report, which I will need you to copy into a follow-up here, along with a fresh HJT log.

QUESTION: I keep trying to run combofix, but it just shows the loading bar and disappears. What should I do? I have deleted the file and downloaded it again, 4 times, and still nothing.
ANSWER: Hi Chris
Try uninstalling Combofix first. Click Start-Run-type combofix /u in the box. Note the space between the x and the /. After uninstall, go into your C drive and delete the folder C:\Qoobox. Now you can download Combofix and try again. If that does not work, let me know.

Please download Dr.Web Cureit to your desktop from here:

Now reboot your computer into safe mode. Shut down and reboot the PC. Keep pressing the F8 key on boot until a menu appears. Choose Safe Mode option. Once on your desktop in Safe Mode:
* Doubleclick the drweb-cureit.exe file and allow it to run the express scan
* This will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it. This is only a short scan.
* Once the short scan has finished, mark the drives that you want to scan.
* Select all drives. A red dot shows which drives have been chosen.
* Click the green arrow at the right, and the scan will start.
* Click 'Yes to all' if it asks if you want to cure/move the file.
* When the scan has finished, look if you can click next icon next to the files found:
* If so, click it and then click the next icon right below and select Move incurable.
This will move it to the %userprofile%\DoctorWeb\quarantaine-folder if it can't be cured.
* After selecting, in the Dr.Web CureIt menu on top, click file and choose save report list
* Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
* Close Dr.Web Cureit.
* Reboot your computer and post me the .csv along with a fresh HJT log.
