Please click Start->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs, then look for programs related to 'Weatherbug' and 'MyWebSearch', and uninstall.  These are known adware programs, which present a security risk as well as slowing your PC down.  Next, please download Killbox to your desktop from here:
http://www.killbox.net/downloads/KillBox.exe
Click on the icon to run Killbox and copy the following into the box that says 'Full path of file to delete':

C:\WINDOWS\system32\lphca1nj0e191.exe

Next, click the red circle with the X in it to delete the file.
Note: Some files may be undeletable because they are loaded into a system process like Explorer.  If so, Killbox offers the option to stop Explorer.exe while it deletes the file.  Put a checkmark in the "End Explorer Shell While Killing File" to activate that option. Make sure to close all explorer windows before you use it.  As soon as you use the "Delete File" button (3) your taskbar and desktop will disappear for a brief period.

Next, I need you to start HJT and click to run a Scan Only.  Place a check mark in the box next to the following items, then click the 'Fix Checked' button:

Yes, the log file looks good.  You will need to do Windows updates once you are online to secure things up.  Also, I suggest downloading avast!4Home free antivirus/antispyware program, as you currently have no program installed.  I highly recommend it over AVG.  Download it from here:
http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
Once installed and updated, allow it to run a boot-time scan of your PC.  This will clean up anything that might have been hidden from a normal scan.  If there is any other problems, or you have further questions, just ask.  Good luck!

I believe part of the problem is that the HJT scan was done in Safe Mode and from the J: drive (usb stick?).  Please install HJT to it's own folder by running it from this link:
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe
Then please run a scan in normal mode and post it to me.  Did you install avast! and run a scan with it yet?
