Question
QUESTION: Hey, I was the guy who had the outerinfo popups and the windows explorer error. You told me to run hijack this again and heres the log. you also told me to uninstall google desktop. it askeed me if i really wanted to and it said like asd283/owner installed this so I uninstalled it and it worked but an internet explorer window popped up. so i dont know.

OK, almost there.  Please download Killbox from here:

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/spyware/KillBox.exe

Open killbox.exe.  Check the box that says delete on reboot.  Highlight the entries below and copy it to the clipboard:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\gtqhiujj.dll
C:\WINDOWS\?dobe\?ti2evxx.exe

Then in killbox click File>>Paste from clipboard.
Then click the Red X.
Click Yes to confirm.
Click yes to reboot now.
Upon reboot you may receive a Windows error message looking for the files we just deleted.  Ignore it and then run HJT (scan only) and place a check mark in the box next to the following items, then click the Fix Checked button:

QUESTION: it wont let me delete it. A window pops up and says PendingFilenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process!

Answer
Let's try deleting them with HJT instead.  Open HJT and click on Misc. Tools, then click Delete a file on reboot.  Search for both
C:\WINDOWS\system32\gtqhiujj.dll
C:\WINDOWS\?dobe\?ti2evxx.exe
Then use HJT to delete them on reboot (you may need to do this one at a time) and follow the rest of the last post.
