Computer Security & Viruses - virus

Question
QUESTION: My laptop has got a virus that doesn't let me enter the windows. I have tried safe mode but it doesn't answer too. After starting the computer and asking password it makes me log off.
I had NOD32 antivirus installed and it realized that there is a virus, but it was trying to clean more and more files every time and couldn't solve the problem. I uninstall it and installed McAfee, but it couldn't help too. I should mention that I wasn't connected to internet and antivirus couldn't update their selves. Last time when I tried to connect to internet I saw that I can't even enter the windows.
Thanks.

ANSWER: Hi,
Do you get any messages as to what the infection is?
As I understand, you cant get past the BIOS password right? You cant get to the Windows Logon then.

Let me know.

QUESTION: Thanks for your attention.
When I start the computer the usual window which I should enter my password appears. I enter my password and click OK, then the background of windows appears, after some time it says: "logging off", "saving your settings" and again  the first window appears that I can log in or shut down. I hope I could explain well.

Answer
Hi Narges,
OK, how old is the lappie?
Do any lights stay on after it shuts down?
Im thinking it may not be a infection, but a bad power supply.
Unplug it and remove the battery, reinstall and plug it back in.
Try to boot windows then.

Let me know what the results are.
