Question
Hello Brian. about 4 or 5 days ago my computer started to boot up very slowly, sometimes the cpu would turn off by itself then reboot, I could not get to any programs, when I tried the computer would shut down as of now it takes about 15 minutes to boot up and when it does it is very slow. Please help me with any answers that you can thanks

This sounds like a hardware issue, particularly the hard disk drive. You can try downloading the demo version of Stellar Smart which checks the status of the drive. Download it from here:

Let me know the findings. If the drive checks ok, we can look into other areas for the cause of the slowdown.
