Hi Liana

The log looks clean.  We just need to do a bit of housework.  Open HijackThis and click to run a Scan Only.  Place a check mark in the box next to the following item, close all browser windows, then click the Fix Checked button:

Close HijackThis after fixing.  You can now go ahead and re-enable Windows Defender and the UAC if you haven't already done so.  To uninstall ComboFix, click Start, type cmd in the Vista search box and hit enter.  Once the command box opens, type combofix /u  *Note the space between the x and the /.
