Question
I tried to install ZoneAlarm Internet Security Suite 2008 but the installation failed because of some incompatibility problems. My computer runs on Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 1 32-bit Operating System. Please help me. Thank you!

Make sure you disabled Windows Firewall, Windows Defender, and the other security programs included with Vista. Sometimes they can interrupt installation of software.

What is the error message it gives you when installation fails?

As you probably already know, ZoneAlarm is compatible with Vista.
