Question
Hi Brian,

I solved the installation problem I was having with SP3.  When I downloaded SP3 I saved to desktop instead of running the file and then I installed SP3 in safe mode.

Best regards,
Steen

Answer
Hi Steen

Very good!  These updates are generic.  The problem is every computer is different.  Different programs, different hardware, etc.  Installations encounter machine-specific bumps in the road.  The solution is to find the path with the least bumps, which you did.  Again, if you need me for help in the future, find me here or directly at numbersix6@yahoo.com.  Best of luck.  Cheers!
