Hi, hope you can help me out,  when I first sign on
a box pops up on my screen that states the following

THE SYSTEM CANNOT LOCATE SPECIFIED LINE : 0   

SERENITI ACTIVE SECURITY MONITOR


Then I get another box that states -

ERROR FAILED TO LOAD SCORE . dll


Do you know what I need to do to get rid of these boxes from popping up

Is sereniti a legitimate program that you know of?

If it is not, you have one of the common pieces of malware that are coming out now. Spybot Search and Destroy should detect and get rid of the program.

Download, install and update it. Run a scan and click the "fix problems" button. It also has a great help file that will lead you through using the program.
You may want to start your PC in safe mode with networking if you are having trouble accessing the internet and doing anything.

If I am off base with this let me know and we will try something else. The failure to load a .dll file is a driver file that comes from Windows not loading properly.
