Question
my computer got infected when i inserted a pen-drive.And from now on whenever i open command prompt it displays a messege."your computer is shutting down" with a countdown timer in it.what should i do??

Hello Sumit,

Please go to a separate computer then click on the link below to download a smart Trojan/Spyware scanner/removal program or rather utility known as Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

-Save your download onto a CD-ROM and restart your computer in -Safe-Mode(Instructions in the link below)

-Install the program. Ignore the update part and click on Quick Scan to start eradicating infections.
-Once infections are found, click on next on to eradicate.
-Restart computer when prompted and you are done.
