Computer Security & Viruses/Computer problems

Question
I need help getting my computer back up to speed. Currently there seems to be a virus or something on my computer that creates these alert messages every time I open a new program up. Usually the message will say "The application or DLL globalroot\systemroot\system32\hjgruiawjnxlnx.dll is not a valid Windows Image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

I have trend micro installed on my computer but I am not able to open it, and whenever I try to go to the trend micro website my browser indicates that it is unavailable. This is really annoying because any website that might have instructions to fix whatever problem I have, will not open. Enclosed is the information you've asked for and hopefully you can give me some feedback. Thank you

Answer
Hi Angel

Please run HijackThis and click to do a Scan Only.  Place a check mark in the box next to the following items, close any open browser windows, then click the Fix Checked button:

O1 - Hosts: 91.206.201.8 osadwarekill.microsoft.com
O1 - Hosts: 91.206.201.8 osadwarekill.com
O1 - Hosts: 91.206.201.8 www.osadwarekill.com

After fixing, close HJT and reboot.

Please download ComboFix from this link:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Save it to your DESKTOP.
Close any anti-virus programs, as they may interfere with the running of ComboFix.  Double-click on the ComboFix icon found on your desktop.  Please note, that once you start ComboFix you should not click anywhere on the ComboFix window as it can cause the program to stall.  If asked to install the Windows Recovery Console, please allow the program to do so.  ComboFix will now start scanning your computer for known infections. This procedure can take some time, so please be patient.  If you see your Windows desktop disappear, do not worry. This is normal and ComboFix will restore your desktop before it is finished. ComboFix may also restart your computer.  Do not intervene.  Eventually you will see a new screen that states the program is almost finished and telling you the programs log file, or report, will be located at C:\ComboFix.txt.  It will then display the log file automatically for you.  Post me that log, along with a new HJT scan log.
