Question
I have AVG and spybot but i still received Alpha antivirus , how can I remove this problem I have windows XP also a router firewall thank you bob
Hi Bob,
Installing Malwarebytes and running a full system scan should remove it.
You can download it from the home page of http://enrgy21.com (free or full version).
After running the scan and removing all spyware, suggest you restart and run a second full system scan to make sure all traces have been removed. Also, unless you're sure you have the latest, before or after installing Malwarebytes, check for new Windows critical updates, download and install if any.
