Question
I have a virus that keeps reappearing on my system, even though I have repeatedly tried removing it with Avira Antivir, and I've also run full scans using Windows Defender and Malware-Bytes Anti-Malware, with no luck. It always comes back after a few hours.

Avira identified it as "TR/vundo.gen", whereas the actual file name is "tdlwsp.dll". It always appears in [C:\Windows\System32]

Hi John

The file you mentioned, "tdlwsp.dll", is a rootkit.  Download RootRepeal from the following location and save it to your DESKTOP:

Open the file on your desktop, click the Report tab, then click the scan button.  Place a check mark in all the boxes, then click OK.  Select your main drive (usually C:), then click OK to run the scan.  When finished, click on the Save Report button.  Save it and post me that report in your follow-up to me.
