hey lorry. ive been having problems with my laptop lately. its been slow, taking longer to load pages and almost freezing for a couple seconds, i cant watch any videos on youtube because it lags pretty bad. i did a virus scan/ccleaner/malwarebytes anti malware and nothing came up. i dont know if something else is going on or if i have a virus that those things didnt catch. i dont know what else to do!.. thanks for your help

I hate that when that happens. What you want to is delete the temporary internet files, cookies, and history. Assuming that you are using Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Delete Browsing History, in the next window check Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History, then click Delete.
