Question
i have a strange problem whenever i try to login to my
hotmail account the system allows me to signin (i.e.to enter my password ) but afterwards it shows the blank page down it shows done. Pls. help

I once had your problem and the following resolved it.

Shut down your PC completely (in case you have a Windows update that didn't fully install), start up again, clear your cache and temporary files, check for missing critical Windows Updates, download, install, restart and try again.

Having IE and hotmail tells me nothing about what's on whatever system you're on - besides IE.

Can't tell if you know anything about maintaining a system properly.
