Question
QUESTION: Received a message stating too many follow-ups and needed to ask another question.  Sorry, it took me a little while to figure out how to completely shut down AVG antivirus.  I also removed Stopzilla.  I only put it on to get rid of this problem and it did not work.  It is a huge resource hog on start up and was taking forever.

One more file to fix, same way as before:

The fact that IE is working after removing those proxies makes me think that Firefox is also being redirected by bad proxy settings.  In Firefox, click Tools->Options->Advanced->Network->Settings then make sure that you have No Proxy ticked.
