QUESTION: I like to know what is the best free anti spyware ,that is safe to download.

It has a great help file that will teach you how to set the program up for best results.
Just a few basics:
1. During the installation process check everything except "tea timer". It is more trouble than it is worth.
2. Spybot S and D is not only a scanner that will detect and remove spyware but it also works real-time to prevent anything from ever getting on your PC.
3. Make sure you use the immunization feature.
4. Go to "mode", check advanced mode and make sure you load the "spybot hosts file".

Just read the help file after installing and it will tell you how to do everything else.

Is it easy to understand and what do you mean by going to mode.I'm still a beginner in computing and I'm German.Some things are hard for me to understand.

ANSWER: When you open Spybot, at the top left of the screen there will be a mode button. Click it and then click "advanced". This will open up some additional settings on the left. I wouldn't change anything except in the host file category you can load the Spybot hosts file. This is another real-time measure to keep certain sites from loading their ads (spyware) on your computer.

QUESTION: After I scanned it showed i Had alot of spyware,what do I do next.Do I click (fix problems?)

Answer
Yes, click fix problems.
Make sure it fixes all the problems. It will say if it does not. If it does not you can restart your computer in safe mode. You do this by pressing F8 when the computer is starting up, pick safe mode. When it boots up run spybot again in safe mode and get it to fix the problems.
