QUESTION: Hey there,

recently my computer was already acting very slow,but I knew it was caused by multiple viruses/trojans, so I took action downloaded avast! anti virus program, the thing is ever since i found and removed some viruses, my computer REALLY slowed down to the point that one day it wouldn't go pass the login window, so now I can only use my laptop on safe mode.Oh by the my Cd/Dvd drive does not work(physical problem) so if you can find a solution without any Cd's.

In Safe Mode with Networking, please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop from here:

http://www.besttechie.net/tools/mbam-setup.exe

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
o Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
* then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
*Run a Full Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.  By default, the log will be saved at C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

Next, open a Internet Explorer to:
http://www.eset.com/onlinescan/
Run the ESET Online Scan.  Delete the malware it locates, then try to reboot normally.

Post me the MBAM scan log and a new HJT log so that we may continue the cleanup.

As you can see by the Malwarebytes scan, this is a very infected computer.  Did you run the ESET Online scan?  If so, please post me a new HJT log.  You will also need to run a scan with a program called ComboFix, but first I want to be sure ESET was run successfully.

Very good.  Please download ComboFix from this link:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
Save it to your desktop.
Double-click on the ComboFix icon found on your desktop. Please note, that once you start ComboFix you should not click anywhere on the ComboFix window as it can cause the program to stall.  You should now press the number 1 key and then press the enter key to continue.  ComboFix will now start scanning your computer for known infections. This procedure can take some time, so please be patient.  If you see your Windows desktop disappear, do not worry. This is normal and ComboFix will restore your desktop before it is finished. ComboFix may also restart your computer.  Do not intervene.  Eventually you will see a new screen that states the program is almost finished and telling you the programs log file, or report, will be located at C:\ComboFix.txt.  It will then display the log file automatically for you.  Post that, and a new HJT log to me in your next follow-up.
