Computer Security & Viruses/Quarantined Viruses

Question
I just scanned for viruses with McAfee and found 4 trojans.  McAfee quarantined them, but I would like to delete them.  How do I delete them?

Answer
Joe,

Before I can give you advice, need to know your exact McAfee version, the system you're on, and the full name and path (if possible) to the infected files.

McAfee has some solutions too: http://community.mcafee.com/forumdisplay.php?f=159

And, www.emsisoft.com/en/software/download/, http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php and http://www.threatfire.com/ can provide an extra layer of security that detects and removes trojans.
