Answer
Hi Bill

Your HJT log is clean of infection.  You may hang on to Malwarebytes, if you wish, and run a quick scan every few weeks to stay on top of things.  ComboFix should be uninstalled by clicking Start->Run->then type combofix /u and hit Enter.  Note the space between the x and the /.
If the system still feels slower than it should, I suggest clicking Start->Run->then type cleanmgr and hit Enter.  This will clean out the junk files.  Also, again type Start->Run->then type chkdsk and hit Enter.  This scans the hard drive for errors.  
One word of caution.  You use Advanced Registry Optimizer, which cleans things well, but may sometimes clean a bit too well.  The program has a bit of a safety problem due to the omission of severity rankings for registry scan results.  Should you delete important registry entries, your system can become slow or not boot at all.  If you run into problems down the road, feel free to come on back and I'll do my best to help you out.  Cheers!
