i cant get my dell insprion 6000 to do a system recovery    ive tried ctrl f11 f8 when the restore comes up it want do it help!!!!!

According to Dell:
You will have to reinstall the operating system manually if:

   * PC Restore does not restore your operating system to its original condition.
   * Pressing <Ctrl> + <F11> fails to display the PC Restore tool.

To reinstall your operating system manually, follow the Manual Reinstallation method provided in the following article: How To Restore or Reinstall Microsoft Windows on a Dell Computer Article ID: 347576.
