Brian...where would I fine drivers for this? They are listed as "System Devices". Thanks!

Also I need a driver for a Canon Scanner. There were two choices. Twain and WIA. Which should I choose?

The Intel files are part of the motherboard chipset, so you would find those files on the manufacturers website.  What computer make and model is this?  Also, I need the scanner model, and the operating system you are running.

Hi Jaye

For the Canon, install both drivers.  For the Dell, use the Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility found here:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&releasei
Note that if the link won't work, go to the Dell support site, enter the Dimension 3000 and look for Drivers and Downloads.  Then choose Chipset, and finally Intel Drivers.
