Computer Security & Viruses/Email

Question
Brian, a general question about e-mail. Many people opt to use free e-mail addresses such  as Hotmail. Should I use a free address in addition to my @windstream.net address? What is the benefit of doing so? Thank you for helping others with your knowledge of computers!

Answer
Hi Jaye

I am of the opinion that one can never have enough email addresses :-)
I have one from my ISP, one GMail account, and quite a few Yahoo addresses.  I use each for different purposes, such as work, friends, etc.  Have a look at some pros and cons here:

Hope that helps.  Cheers!
