Hello Darren,

Apologies for my response long delayed. Try to restart your computer in Safe mode as this revs up the system with less applications running in the background. To do this, please follow the instructions below;

-Restart and immediately start tapping F8
-Select Safe Mode in the list and press ENTER
-Log on into your profile and perform the steps in the previous STEPS I sent i.e.

STEP ONE
-HIBERNATION

1-Go to Control Panel, then open Power Options, Click on Hibernate. Is Enable Hibernate unchecked or not?
2-YES-Proceed below if NO-Uncheck it and Proceed below
3-Uncheck Enable Hibernate then click Power Scheme tab.
4-On the drop-down arrow, select "Always On"
5-The rest of the drop-down arrows select "Never"
6-Click "APPLY"

Kind Regards,
Lenny.
