Question
After a few minutes using IE8 HelpCtr loads 200 times and stops everything else.

After using Microsoft Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool a few minutes it reports that if I stop it it will not complete its task, if I tell it not to stop it then reports that there is no help associated with this program and if I then click on the MWMSRT it continues to run.

What virus have I got and how do I get rid of it?

I believe the program has misinterpreted the scan results and brought up some false positives as well.Please do the following, Andrew I advice you to visit the URLS below and download

Install, run an update and initiate a scan.The purpose of that is to try and find out if the drive is infected by a invisible malicious Trojan/Virus.
