My computer recently got a virus(obviously). My computers firewall recognized it as an infected file and i accidentally clicked "allow acess" and from then on i was screwed.  My computer shut down and when i turned it back on it said that my "easy access button support" was deleted, AND on top of that my internet will not work! I can open the window up but the connection is just not there. I tried a full system restore and it fixed the buttons support problem but still, my internet is gone.so my question to you is, what is the best action I can take to getting my internet back and figthing off this virus. im currently on my friends computer.

Hi Derek

You need to check your network drivers to make sure they are not disabled.  You don't say which Windows version you have, but go into your Device Manager and check that there are no ! signs next to any of your hardware devices.  If there are, you will need to download the drivers from the computer manufacturers web site and install them to the computer.  You can do this by transferring the drivers to a thumb drive or CD, then bring them to the affected computer.  Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
