QUESTION: how do i move all my files from my administrative account to another account?

ANSWER: Hi Rafael,

Go to Start, Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer, navigate and highlight the files you want to transfer, right click and choose Sharing and Security, under the Sharing tab, set it the way you want, click Apply, then OK.

QUESTION: the problem with my computer is every icon on the desktop opens with itunes and when i click on accessories all those programs also open with itunes so i cannot reach windows explorer cuz when i click on it it will open up itunes

Hi Rafael,

Evidently you are using a different computer to post this question, correct? If yes, download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.37 from:

http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Put it onto a CD, then install on your computer and run a scan.
