Question
Dear Keith ,
I  appreciate for all of your last responses and your
kindness in guiding me .
If possible help me again. I and my friends have the
following problems:

After press the F3 key to search on windows xp, The search
windows don’t show the search options, I think there is a
Virus in Computer that threats it. I scanned the system
with NOD32 Antivirus. After connecting the flash memories
to my Computer USB port, I encounter with an alert windows
that warns “INF-Autorun Virus” , this message is shown when
I install the AVG Antivirus because I can Download its
updated files. I Installed Nod32 Anti viruses after that. I
have Nod32 Antivirus now on my system. If there is any good
recommend to delete all of my system Viruses .
Please introduce me the good Free Antivirus that I can
Download them and can get their update files separately.
Unfortunately some of  Ant viruses became update  when we
connect to Internet online.
Warm Wishes,
Ali

Answer
First of all what you have is a boot sector virus that is loading itself through autorun. It is safe to say that it has loaded itself on the flash drive/drives also. You need to disable autorun before running any anti-virus software. As for as anti-virus software goes, I use AVG free edition. Running two anti-virus programs can give false positives.
According to what OS you have will determine how to disable autorun.
If you can't run the anti-virus on your flash drives you will have to reformat them. Here is a link about disabling autorun: http://antivirus.about.com/b/2008/03/05/disable-autorun.htm
