Hi Carolyn,

I have been dealing with the USB viruses found on my thumb drives and I can't seem to get rid  of it! Can you recommend any free and utilizable software that I can download from the internet?

You could download either Kapersky Internet Security, which offers a free 30 day trial at http://kapersky.com or F-Secure's Complete Internet security suite, which offers a free thirty day trial: https://store.f-secure.com/cgi-bin/dlreg/ml=EN?ID=FSISTB&desid=TRIAL

These are both highly ratted products, so they ought to find your problem. Be sure to uninstall your current antivirus program before installing one of these. Otherwise they will fight each other and crash your computer.
